Indian citizens get the Umrah e-visa through an approved Indian agent working with a licensed Saudi Umrah company. You need a passport valid for at least 6 months, a white-background photo and a meningitis ACYW vaccination certificate. The government fee is SAR 300 plus mandatory insurance, and processing usually takes 3–7 working days.
Documents checklist
- Passport valid at least 6 months beyond travel, with two blank pages.
- Recent passport photo, white background, no glasses.
- Meningococcal ACYW vaccination at least 10 days before arrival (conjugate vaccine is valid 5 years; polysaccharide 3 years).
- PAN card copy (needed for TCS on the package).
- Relationship proof for family groups (marriage certificate, birth certificate) if surnames differ.
How we process it
- Send passport and photo copies on WhatsApp.
- We confirm flights and hotels, then file the visa with our Saudi partner company on the Nusuk/Masar system.
- The e-visa PDF comes back in about 3–7 working days and we send it to you on WhatsApp.
- Carry a printout plus the vaccination certificate at the airport.
Key rules (as of 2026)
- The Umrah visa is valid for 90 days from issue; check the stay limit printed on your visa.
- Umrah visas are not issued from about mid Dhul Qa'dah until after Hajj (roughly mid-April to early June 2027).
- Your Umrah and the Rawdah visit in Madinah need permits on the Nusuk app — we register these for you.
- A Saudi tourist e-visa also allows Umrah, but Indian passport holders generally qualify only if they hold a valid US, UK or Schengen visa.
Take careOverstaying a Umrah visa leads to fines and a travel ban. Never let anyone keep your passport without a receipt.
Where scholars differ we give the majority practice; follow the scholar or madhhab you trust. Rules on visas, fees and permits are as of October 2026 and can change.
